Post subject: update drivers

Can anyone help me? in device manager I try to update
drivers,it starts checking,then stops. I use ctrl,alt,del.
and it tells me update drver is not responding. What can I
do to get it working??? I have ME

My fault for filling it so full. Had just 650MB or so free. I seem to have damaged the MFT. Having worked for nearly 14 hours I have recovered all 157GB of data except for four trivial and inconsequential text files. Now for a very strong black coffee or just maybe something much stronger. Need drivers for printers -
